Every meeting, captured.
On your Mac.

MacParsley records your calls, transcribes them on your Mac, works out who said what, and writes the summary and mind map. Your meetings live in a folder you own, not someone else's cloud.

Every feature, free for your first 10 meetings. For Macs with Apple silicon running macOS 27 or later.

MacParsley's main window: folders of meetings, and one meeting's summary

From the call to the notes, without lifting a finger

Join a Zoom, Teams, Webex or Slack call and MacParsley starts recording. Hang up and the transcript, speakers, title and summary follow by themselves.

Records both sides

Your microphone and the call, as one recording. It follows the microphone your meeting app uses, and takes the echo out when you're on speakers.

Transcribes on your Mac

Apple's speech recognition, or Whisper and Parakeet models running locally. Nothing has to leave your Mac.

Knows who's talking

Separates the voices, learns them, and names people automatically in later meetings.

Writes the summary

More than 60 summary styles, from meeting notes and sales calls to interviews, lectures and medical visits, chosen for you or by you.

Mind maps

A short map of the main points, and a detailed one that follows the summary.

Finds anything

Search every title, transcript and summary at once, combine conditions, and jump from match to match.

A transcript you can trust

Each line shows who said it and when. Click a line to hear it. Fix a name or a misheard word once, and MacParsley remembers it.

A meeting's transcript, line by line with speakers

Summaries that fit the meeting

MacParsley recognizes the kind of conversation and writes the right kind of notes: decisions and actions, a sales call's next steps, an interview's highlights. Keep every version, and pick the one you like.

A meeting's summary

The whole meeting at a glance

Every meeting gets a mind map. Export it as a picture, or share the meeting as a PDF, Markdown or a zip.

A meeting's mind map

Works with the recorder you already have

Bring your Plaud and Pocket recordings into one library with everything else, or let those services do the transcript and summary for any meeting.

Plaud

Import your Plaud recordings with their transcripts, speaker names and summaries, including the summary's pictures. Or send any meeting to Plaud and get its transcript and summary back.

Pocket

Import Pocket recordings with their transcripts and summaries, or have Pocket transcribe and summarize meetings recorded on your Mac.

Fireflies.ai and note1.ai

Import from Fireflies, have Fireflies transcribe a meeting, or let Fireflies or note1 write its summary from the audio.

Your speakers, your library

Whichever service writes the words, MacParsley works out who's speaking on your Mac and names them from the voices it knows. Plaud and Pocket meetings link back to the original, and are never imported twice.

About two Plaud features. Plaud's official connection lets MacParsley read your recordings, transcripts and summaries. Two extras go through Plaud's website instead, which Plaud doesn't officially support for other apps: pictures in summaries, and sending a meeting's audio to Plaud to transcribe and summarize. They work today, but could stop working if Plaud changes its website. We'll make every effort to keep supporting them. If one does stop, the rest of MacParsley carries on: summaries come in without their pictures, and meetings are transcribed and summarized on your Mac instead of by Plaud.

Private by default

Your recordings, transcripts and summaries are ordinary files in a folder you choose. MacParsley has no account, no tracking and no cloud of its own.

On your Mac

Transcribe and summarize with models that run on your Mac: Apple Intelligence, Whisper, Parakeet, Ollama or LM Studio.

Or the AI you choose

Add OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral and others with your own key, and MacParsley asks before sending a transcript anywhere.

Ordinary files

Every meeting is a folder of plain files: the audio, the transcript and the summary. Back them up, search them in Finder, keep them forever.
