Your license

Buying MacParsley v1 gives you a personal license to use MacParsley on up to 3 Macs at the same time, with free updates for every version 1 release. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and the version 1 license doesn't expire. A future major version (MacParsley 2) may be sold separately. You may not resell, share or publish your license key, or copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.

The trial

Without a license, MacParsley has every feature but holds up to 10 meetings per library. Meetings you already have are never locked.

Purchases and refunds

MacParsley is sold through Polar, the merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes and receipts. If MacParsley isn't right for you, email support@macparsley.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunding deactivates the license key.

Your content and other services

Your recordings and everything made from them are yours. MacParsley works with services run by other companies (AI providers, Plaud, Pocket, Fireflies.ai, note1.ai, cloud storage); using them is between you and them, under their terms, and they may change or stop working without notice. Some features use parts of those services that aren't officially documented (for example Plaud's website), and may stop working if the service changes.

Recording laws

You're responsible for following the laws that apply to recording calls and meetings, including getting consent where it's required.

AI-written content

Transcripts, summaries, titles and mind maps are made automatically and can contain mistakes. Check anything important against the recording.

No warranty

MacParsley is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep backups of recordings that matter to you.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about MacParsley is limited to the amount you paid for it.
